Job Description: Powerhouse Supervisor
Location: Lake Orion MI
Salary: $31.25 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daytoday operations of the powerhouse facility.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Monitor energy consumption and seek opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Implement maintenance schedules and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report any issues to upper management.
- Train and mentor staff promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of operations maintenance and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with power generation systems and boiler operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational goals.
Salary & Benefits:
