Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic Revenue Analyst 2 who is motivated resultsdriven and solution oriented while also being passionate about making a positive impact on society. This role will be a key member of the Revenue Accounting Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase and develop robust revenue recognition (ASC 842 and 606 skills along with operational skills by working closely with crossfunctional departments of the Company. This will help you develop broader and deeper comprehension of the Companys business and operational processes that are essential for solid career growth.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform revenue close activities including executing journal entries preparation of lease related account reconciliations management reporting and preparation of lease related supplemental monthly reporting schedules and balancesheet/income statement variance analysis in accordance with our monthly close schedule.
- Partner cross functionally with other teams (IT contracts accounting and finance etc. in system and process implementation projects and perform testing to validate system design is appropriate.
- Review and process lease and purchase contracts and ensure system inputs/outputs align with contract
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement or operational automation in existing system infrastructure.
- Examine and assess the accounting and financial reporting implications related to revenue and lease contracts entered into with our customers under ASC 606 and ASC 842.
- Comply with internal controls as well as update process documentation when needed.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies procedures and U.S. GAAP for accountable areas
- Work directly with external auditors for annual audit requirements.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years of related experience in Revenue accounting or closely related accounting field.
- Proven fundamental accounting knowledge.
- Exceptional statistical and problemsolving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication relational and project management skills.
- Detail oriented organized motivated and able to function in a fastpaced environment especially during quarterend reporting periods.
- Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments at once.
- This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale CA office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday every week.
Required Education and Training
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or closely related discipline.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification is highly preferred.
- Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Tableau SQL and Power Query skills preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP (or other large ERP) and Salesforce is preferred.
