Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in lead generation in online marketing would be good but not essential (training provided).
- Conduct interviews with potential business partners.
- Develop individualised action plans to assist clients growth.
- Attend three weekly training and development calls to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Implement online marketing strategies (training provided) to engage and attract potential clients.
- Build supportive trustbased client relationships to foster confidence resilience and sustained growth.
Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in direct sales marketing or managerial roles.
- Previous success in lead generation and team dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Compensation
This role offers significant performancebased earnings and is not a salaried role. Youll have the autonomy to work remotely set your own hours and manage your schedule.
