Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a highperforming sales team
- Experience in managing sales channels and optimizing distribution strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred)
