Job Description

Location: Utrecht Delivery Center Netherlands (Expats to Netherlands with rotation between SA and abroad)

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled M365 Support Engineer to join our growing team. As an M365 Support Engineer you will be part of a dynamic environment helping us ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services across various regions. This is a permanent role with a unique opportunity to work internationally as an expat with rotations between South Africa and abroad as we expand.

As an M365 Support Engineer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Microsoft 365 services ensuring their reliability and optimal performance. This role offers a great opportunity to develop professionally while working in a collaborative fastpaced and everevolving environment.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Teams and Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalating to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • Participate in oncall rotations for 24/7 support for critical issues.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft 365 updates releases and best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Afrikaans proficiency and some Dutch language skills are a must.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role particularly with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Teams and Azure Active Directory.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Microsoft certifications (MS100 MS200 are highly desirable.
  • A valid passport is required as you will be placed as an expat in the Netherlands to start with rotations between South Africa and abroad.
