Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled M365 Support Engineer to join our growing team. As an M365 Support Engineer you will be part of a dynamic environment helping us ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services across various regions. This is a permanent role with a unique opportunity to work internationally as an expat with rotations between South Africa and abroad as we expand.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Teams and Azure Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalating to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Participate in oncall rotations for 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 updates releases and best practices.
What You Bring:
- Afrikaans proficiency and some Dutch language skills are a must.
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role particularly with Microsoft 365.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Teams and Azure Active Directory.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Microsoft certifications (MS100 MS200 are highly desirable.
- A valid passport is required as you will be placed as an expat in the Netherlands to start with rotations between South Africa and abroad.
