Cultivate a highperformance sales culture centered around excellence integrity and continuous improvement.
Recruit train and mentor a team of inhome sales consultants equipping them with the skills knowledge and tools they need to succeed in the "onecall close" methodology.
Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities conducting inhome consultations and closing deals alongside your team.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance metrics.
Champion innovation and process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance analyze trends and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing operations and finance teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive growth.
Develop sales forecasts budgets and projections based on historical data and market analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Foster a culture of accountability and transparency by providing regular performance feedback coaching and recognition to team members.
Lead weekly team meetings and development sessions to keep the team informed motivated and continuously improving.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
5 years of experience in sales management preferably within the home remodeling or construction industry.
Proven track record of success in building and leading highperforming sales teams in a fastpaced environment.
Experience in inhome sales and understanding of the "onecall close" methodology.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent analytical skills with a datadriven mindset and proficiency in sales analytics and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies processes and SOPs that drive results.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic resultsoriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout New Jersey.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
Competitive performancebased commission structure.
Average total compensation range: $120000 $180000.
Top performers earning potential: $150000 $300000.

This is an InOffice position with flexibility. Your influence will be needed throughout the week including most Saturdays and some evenings to accommodate customer schedules and business needs. You must be available to travel and meet with team members and customers across New Jersey.
