End Prep Technician/Shop Helper
- Hours: MondaySaturday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Location: Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and detailoriented End Prep Technician to join our team. This role involves working with exotic metals and utilizing hand grinders and precision measurement tools to prepare parts for further processing. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and mark parts using a tape measure and calculator.
- Operate hand grinders to prepare and smooth metal edges and surfaces.
- Perform cutting deburring and surface finishing to prepare parts for further processing.
- Work with highperformance alloys such as titanium and Inconel.
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and properly maintain tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (tape measure calculator etc..
- Willingness to learn hand grinder operation and other machinery.
- Experience working with exotic metals is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
