Pest Control Supervisor manages the daily operations of a pest control team ensuring efficient resource utilization task completion and adherence to safety protocols while also maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality control of pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead pest control technicians ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.
Assign tasks monitor progress and provide guidance and support.
Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.
Maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Service Delivery:
Inspect properties to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Plan and coordinate pest control operations ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of pest control activities.
Client Relations:
Communicate effectively with clients addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Provide estimates and proposals for pest control services.
Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction with the services provided.
Operational Management:
Manage inventory of pest control materials and equipment.
Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment.
Monitor and analyze pest control operations to identify areas for improvement.
Other Duties:
