As part of the legal team at Zoho Junior Associate Counsel works to ensure compliance manage risks or support business operations.
The specific nature of work assigned to the person depends on various factors including the candidates strengths (determined based on training performance) and the teams requirements.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and drafting agreements for sales marketing events vendor contracts and terms of purchase.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws employment regulations and tech industry standards.
- Handling data privacy matters property purchases and contract drafting.Supporting policy development by conducting research.
Requirements
12 years of experience working in a law firm or an inhouse legal team within an international corporate environment preferably in the IT sector.
Oral and written communication skills in English and French;
Ability to understand and apply concepts and regulations to a particular context;
Detailoriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor s degree in Law from a recognized European institution.
Adaptability to work on varied legal tasks based on business needs.
Willingness to learn and follow established legal processes and play books.
Interest in technology tech laws and evolving regulatory landscapes.

It is important for the applicant to hold a national or EU passport have a valid work authorization and be within commutable distance. The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.
Requirements 3-6 years of experience in solution consulting or a similar role, within the SaaS industry specializing in CRM or customer experience products. Proven track record of successful solution delivery to enterprise clients. Strong understanding in SaaS industry especially working on products including but not limited to CRM, Helpdesk software, its implementation, and its impact on customer engagement and business processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a client-focused environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to addressing client needs. Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this role Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and lead engagements.
