Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI) to join our team to help build and enhance the software that powers our operations streamlines workflows and delivers a seamless experience for our patients vendors and prescribers. You ll work on a team dedicated to building AIpowered software solutions that significantly scale our organizations capabilities.
Responsibilties:
- Design develop and refine prompts to effectively guide AI models in extracting structured data from unstructured documents.
- Research propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance accuracy speed and scalability.
- Apply a productfocused mindset to drive meaningful impact.
- Tackle ambiguous challenges devise effective solutions and break down work for yourself and others to ensure highquality delivery.
- Champion and practice AIassisted coding techniques to enhance development efficiency.
- Build automation tools to reduce developer toil boost velocity and maintain software quality.
- Mentor fellow engineers share knowledge and advocate for new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Python development.
- Previous experience with guiding AI models or AIassisted coding.
- Familiarity with C# or similar programming languages.
- Knowledge of Medical Systems (EMRs Insurance Payments etc. a plus.
- Experience with database schema modeling.
