Future Compensation Plans
Initially this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for cofounders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.
POSITION: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Layer 1 Blockchain
Launch Legends is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead test automation efforts for the Autheo Layer1 blockchain. This role focuses on implementing automated testing solutions for smart contracts SDKs APIs and blockchain components ensuring system security efficiency and seamless Web3 integration. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing test automation frameworks workflow validation and security testing protocols.
Responsibilities
- Test Automation & Tooling Development
- Build automated test frameworks for smart contracts SDKs APIs and infrastructure components.
- Implement custom Python Go or Rust scripts for regression testing.
- Develop simulated transaction tests to verify chain stability and validator performance.
- Security & Performance Testing
- Conduct penetration testing & security audits to detect vulnerabilities in EVM smart contracts.
- Develop automated stress testing solutions for blockchain validators and decentralized nodes.
- Implement realtime monitoring systems to track system anomalies.
- Decentralized Infrastructure & SDK Testing
- Validate the Decentralized Cloud Decentralized Identity (DID) and SDK Frameworks.
- Create testing environments for Web3 integrations RPC endpoints and node APIs.
- Work closely with protocol engineers to troubleshoot and optimize blockchain transactions.
- Workflow Automation & CI/CD Optimization
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
- Automate SDK version control testing to support developer tools and frameworks.
- Optimize test coverage for Web2 & Web3 interoperability.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in software testing & automation (blockchain experience preferred).
- Strong background in Python Go Rust or Shell scripting.
- Experience with blockchain security testing penetration testing and fuzzing.
- Deep knowledge of Ethereumbased smart contracts Cosmos SDK and Web3 protocols.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines containerization and decentralized storage testing.
- Experience with performance & stress testing tools for highthroughput networks.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
