As part of the Corporate Development team you will provide direct support to the Managing Partners for the APAC and Middle East regions assisting with strategic and operational initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include for the two regions:
Operational Support /
- Assist the Hub Managing Partners in executing on strategic goals and initiative
- Lead/Manage key projects that may require crosscollaboration ensuring successful and alignment with business goals
- Prepare management presentations (i.e. Steercos Excos etc. and ensure followup on actions decided during the meetings
- Follow up on HR and recruitmentrelated topics (incl. key strategic recruitments performance reviews processes etc.
- Support (in coordination with other corporate teams) the /rollout of the Groups strategic plan and deployment of global initiatives such as: deployment / local rollout of the Groups new Operating Model deployment / rollout of the Groups internal communication plan/schedule followup / review of the local onboarding process deployment of the Groups new HRIS etc.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all operations.
Financials/Reporting
- Assist with financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Track key business metrics with business unit leaders (i.e. utilization rates project profitability/margin etc. providing regular updates/insights to the Hub Managing Partners and CEO (upon request).
Communication
- Draft/Prepare key communications and presentations for the teams
- Prepare presentations/reports for other Leadership Team meetings (i.e. Group ExCo Management Meetings Acceleration Board etc. upon request by CEO/COO.
Other projects
- Lead / coordinate other special projects as assigned by the Corporate Development team or the APAC and MiddleEast Managing Partners (i.e. opening of new market launch of new service/activity etc.
- Support potential postmerger integrations.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- First professional experience in consulting project management or within a dynamic business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership
- Ability to adapt quickly think strategically while also being handson and resultsoriented
- Strong analytical skills.
