Job Description
Position Overview
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Discovery Paralegal to join our Litigation team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills a commitment to client service and a proven ability to excel in a fastpaced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to collect vital information and provide timely updates on case progress
- Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings
- Summarizing documents creating chronologies and reviewing produced documents
- Draft and send formal letters to opposing counsels to support case progression
- Draft and send responses to discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files ensuring all documentation is accurate complete and filed in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal certification required
- 1 year of experience working as a Discovery Paralegal required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Outlook Excel and Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
