The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting analyzing and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.
- Interpret data analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
- Submission Clearance
- Policy & Endorsement Issuance
- Other operations as needed
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately as per specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and teamoriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
