Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree related and relevant to the job
- Has experience in IT Industry
- Has at least 3 years experience as HR Lead or 1 year minimum experience as HR Manager
- Has acquired basic knowledge of software development company processes
- Possess leadership qualities and can lead and manage the HR Department
- Must have an experience in handling Employee Engagement Labor Laws Govt Mandated Benefits Attrition and Retention Strategies HR Analytics
- Has excellent communication skills and can relate well to people at all levels of the organization with good interpersonal skills
- With strong attention to detail decision making planning and facilitation skills
- Applicant must be willing to work onsite located in Cebu IT Park Cebu City
- Proficient in Computer operations
