Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in IT or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in information/cybersecurity.
At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
Proficiency in Python MongoDB and data science concepts including source collection.
Strong analytical skills adept at spreadsheet data manipulation.
Solid understanding and application of English both written and verbal.
Independent worker proactive motivated and resultsoriented.
Flexibility with work schedule willing to work onsite in Pasay office as needed.
Excellent comprehension and relevance assessment skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide a team of 1113 Data Collection Analysts offering mentorship support and coaching. Allocate daily source collection tasks from various platforms.
- Performance Management: Oversee team performance establish action plans and performance improvement strategies as needed.
- Process Improvement: Streamline procedures for enhanced productivity and results. Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with other developers within the company following required documentation and communication protocols.
- Research Analyst duties only when deemed necessary: Carry out tasks such as source expansion data categorization coding and analysis. Conduct quality checks and prepare research reports.
- IT Development Analyst only when deemed necessary: Design UIs data maintenance monitoring and evaluation tools for processes including entity synonymization entity mapping source expansion and entity instances monitoring.
