Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the end to end payroll processing including payroll accounting with analytics
Gather payroll data and prepare employee salaries taxes deductions and leaves
Calculate overtime deductions bonuses and other earnings
Performs daily work with medium to high complexity including weekly semimonthly/monthly payroll calculations payroll registers final payment calculations data input in payroll system preparation of employers statutory returns & others
Do manual payroll and system payroll on cut off basis
Prepare Salary Accruals and Hold Accruals
Analyze salary related General Ledger accounts
Upload salary related journal entries
Upload reports to SAP System
Oversee other payroll staff and provide training and enhance technical and soft skills
Conduct payroll orientations to new hiresAddress payroll related queries and requests from employees
Review and recommend improvements to existing payroll procedures
Provide assistance to payroll staffs and conduct performance evaluations
Assist in audit operations and implement audit recommendations
Resolve issues and answer payrollrelated questions
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience with endtoend payroll processing
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role or similar capacity
Working knowledge in both manual and system processing of payroll
Actual experience in handling timekeeping software or HRIS Preferred but not required
experiences using Jeonsoft (JPS) People Soft and SAP systems
Must have background in Payroll Accounting; Payroll Accounting Analytics is a plus
Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
Must be willing to work on a midshift schedule
Must be amenable with hybrid setup (Location: Eastwood City Libis Quezon City)
