Job Description
As aData & AudioVisual (AV) Field Engineer your role within the company ispivotal. Youll be responsible for installing commissioning anddecommissioning a diverse range of technology infrastructures in variousoffice commercial or industrial settings. Being a national coverage serviceprovider means youll travel extensively across the country or within yourassigned region visiting our clients workplaces commercial establishmentsand industrial facilities including data centres and server rooms.

Weoperate several local installation teams across the country each consisting ofan Engineer paired with a Technician and a Van. As an experienced FieldEngineer youll take the lead in coordinating all work for your team andproviding training for your designated team member.
Requirements
Whatwere looking for in a Candidate:
Wereseeking someone with several years of proven experience working as a FieldEngineer delivering physical installation of structured data cabling moves ofIT hardware & infrastructure within Data Centre/Server Rooms (racking &stacking) and commercial AV systems installation with commissioning.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
- Installationand termination of structured data cabling in Cat5E & Cat6A (fibre is aplus).
- Installationand commissioning of a wide range of Audio & Video equipment.
- Providingtraining and support to clients on A&V system operation and within handoverof technology installation projects.
- DataCentre racking & stacking including PDUs patching and structured datacabling installation between racks.
- Desirableexperience in leading installation or IT move projects including supervisingonsite technicians and contractors.
