Who We Seek

We are looking for Recruiting Consultant and Talent Strategist who is ready for a role in consulting with significant expertise in recruiting and sourcing and an interest in expanding their knowledge in human resources. The Talent Strategy area is a growing service line for Compass and this hire will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team build out. This is a fulltime primarily remote role with up to 20 travel for onsite client visits and attendance at networking events within the respective region.The ideal candidate for this role is located in the Greater Pittsburgh or Cleveland Area. Exemplary profiles from other markets may be considered.

We provide both outsourced and projectbased partnership to our clients that range from startup organizations to global organizations with more than 30000 employees in every industry including sports academia technology manufacturing professional services performing arts and healthcare. We approach the employee experience using proven techniques and customized best practices to maximize organizational performance.

In This Role You Will

  • Provide outsourced consultative solutions to clients focused on aspects of recruiting sourcing talentstrategy candidate experience recruitment and brandmarketing behavioralbased interviewing and onboarding.We do not expect craft expertise in all areas.
  • Translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities by leading the discussion with business leaders; apply and align these priorities with organization vision and to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with inhouse subject matter experts toimplement custom organizational strategiesthat contribute to the overall success of our clients.
  • Develop customized deliverables for clients to support business strategy and organizational needs.
  • Champion the design and integration of holistic organizational talent strategies and recruiting plans.
  • Contribute expert advice based on current best practices in the field to fuel growth and candidate experience for our clients.

What You Need

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • MBA Masters degree in a related fieldor coursework towards an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years in a recruiting rolewith progressive experience and responsibilities in other areas of HRpreferred. We do not expect candidates to be craft experts in all areas noted above.
  • Experience and expertise creating creative sourcing campaigns required.
  • Experience creating and implementing talent strategy programming highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in consulting executive search and/or RPO recruiting environment highly preferred.
  • Abilityto thrive in a dynamic work environment with an everchanging schedule and client base.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is between $85000$100000 base salary based on experience and specific domain expertise with opportunity to earn additional bonus incentives based on the expansion of the Compass book of business.
