Responsibilities
Prepares adolescent adult and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing. Monitors the polysomnogram and documents per policy.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. 2. Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorders sleep activity abnormalities movement arousals and respirations. 3. One 1 year experience in sleep study activity. 4. Current American Heart Associations Basic Life Support Certification (BLS). 5. Must possess current and unrestricted certification or registration in one of the following: Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
