Job Description
This Business Manager role focuses on supporting the Visa Direct EU Business Strategy and Operations Director in defining and driving strategic operational and organizational improvements across Visa Direct Product in Europe including reporting business risk analysis compliance / audit adherence and employee engagement
Visa Direct is a high priority digital product offering significant potential for new revenue growth and displacement of cash and bank transfer in Europe and rest of the world
The Visa Direct team owns and executes on the Money Movement strategy for Europe is responsible for the development of new mobile and digital payment solutions and has oversight ofmarket implementations in Europe
The Business Manager will support the development of this rapidly growing business. Working as part of a team with a startup culture and supported by strong commercial operations and global product and technical teams he/she will support the Visa Direct EU Business Strategy and Operations Director with business planning exercises reporting internal communications in addition to project management
The role has direct responsibility for helping the team deliver on targets and supporting operations and communications structures that will help the team to drive growth in the market. The role holder must possess a unique combination of intellectual curiosity attention to detail project management expertise (art vs. science) and an understanding of payments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
