Are you a passionate Computer Science teacher seeking a rewarding role in an ambitious and highachieving school A prestigious independent school in Telford is seeking a dedicated Computer Science teacher to join their team from September.
About the Role:
- Position: Computer Science Teacher
- Location: Telford
- Start Date: September
- Teaching: Computer Science to KS3 KS4 and KS5
- Contract: Fulltime Permanent
- Salary: MPS/UPS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and wellstructured Computer Science lessons across KS3 to KS5.
- Plan and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to support development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and innovation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computer Science curriculum and share best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
- Possesses QTS or an overseas equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 to KS5 (ECTs are also encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for developing digital skills in students.
