Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Providing daily uniform service: ordering issuing replacement control of wear and tear cleaning and utilization
- Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
- Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories achieve tidiness in storage premises
- Ongoing management of the uniforms data base and its compliance with the uniforms assigned to employees status
- Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company
- New uniforms development and delivery process: coordination of design and materials selection cooperation with management customers and suppliers deliver photo and video testing sessions
- Preparing and providing uniforms stock to Studio Desk on timely manner
- Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements
- Gathering and analysing critical data
- Cost management: forecasting and tracking of the costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget
- Participation in newcomers training process
- Perform his/her duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company
- Comply to Internal Policy and instructions
- Perform job obligations in proper high quality and timely manner
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information
- Timely of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position
- Replace colleagues during their vacations sick leaves and other absences provided that replacement take place during working time and shall not be considered as additional work (overtime)
- Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and request of the Direct Manager
- Be Responsible for trusted work resources and items
- Carry out the activities related to person safety
Qualifications :
- Secondary Education
- Work experiences up to 6 months in customer service or another related field
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Spanish written and verbal.
- Experience with standard software applications including MS Office Windows etc.
- Knowledge of Project Management basics
- Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles
- High sense of responsibility
- Business communication sales and negotiation skills
- Interest in fashion and imagemaking industry ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on the company needs
- Ability to accurately fulfil job related tasks and attentiveness to details
