Responsibilities
Assess current systems data structure to support design and development of a databased revenue forecasting model
Understand forecasting requirements and build the appropriate metrics and KPIs to track and manage performance
Support the of a testandlearn plan to roll out the revenue forecasting model and process across regions and verticals
Ongoing analysis of model results vs actual performance including establishing new financial analysis and reporting package for monthly business reviews
Support the Global Lead Revenue forecasting with stakeholder management including the CCO the Commercial LT Regional Finance business partners Corporate FP&A Revenue Operations and FinOps finance hubs
Support continuous improvement in process technology and capabilities to increase efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. longer term and rolling forecasts) including implementation of AI and ML capabilities to increase automation of revenue forecasting
Provide forecasting training and capability development for the commercial and finance organizations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
7 years of experience in finance.
Experienced in managing a large group of stakeholders across various functions and levels
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Experience with detailed financial modeling
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Actionoriented with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information :
This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92000 $131000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
