Job Description
We are seeking a LPN / LVN Medical / Surgical) for a 08week travel/contract assignment in Oswego New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day; 7a7p
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1188 $1296
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the MedicalSurgical unit.
- Monitor patients conditions record vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care IV therapy and other procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care in medical records.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN / LVN program.
- License: Valid LPN / LVN license in the state of New York.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a MedicalSurgical setting (preferred).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
