Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Waiter to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our customers get the best possible dining experience when they visit us.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Waiter role is to provide topnotch customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. Your priorities will be customer satisfaction communication and multitasking.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work swiftly and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Closely cooperate with kitchen and management team

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities

- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of the menu to assist customers
- Friendly demeanor and professional conduct
