Purpose:

As a Strategic Client and Sales Services Coordinator at PDS you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technologyrelated fulfillment processes while delivering exceptional customer care. You will leverage your independent judgment and action to perform a diverse range of administrative tasks managing customer orders accounts and agreements in various online management systems and providing essential support to the sales technical and management teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone email and chat
  2. Execute diversified administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
  3. Manage customer orders accounts and agreements in online management systems.
  4. Assist with technologyrelated fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  5. Conduct analytical analysis as required to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  6. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  7. Deliver excellent customer care by promptly addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide support to the management team as needed to drive organizational success.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience

Position Requirements:

  1. Technology knowledge and experience helpful and preferred
  2. Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  3. High attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
  4. Positive and outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills.
  5. Wellorganized dependable and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to problemsolve effectively.
  7. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  8. Previous experience in administrative or customer care roles preferred.
  9. Proficiency in using online management systems and Microsoft 365 services programs and tools.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also independently managing tasks.
  11. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  12. Valid drivers license proof of insurance and clean driving record required
  13. Background check and drug screen required

Position Information:



Salary dependent on individual qualifications. This position is a nonexcept hourly or exempt salary position based on experience. Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed. This Morristown TN based position is not a remote work position and requires residing within thirtyfive 35 miles from our office.
