Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Oracle IAM Developer to enhance and manage defects within Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in identity and access governance rolebased access control and access request processes. The role involves working across the full system development lifecycle engaging with stakeholders and ensuring seamless deployment and version control of code changes.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and manage defect resolutions in Oracle IAM.
- Implement identity and access governance including rolebased access control access request and certification and attestation processes.
- Manage projects throughout the full system development lifecycle.
- Prepare deployment documents and participate in deployment activities.
- Attend daily scrum meetings and collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering.
- Maintain version control and track code changes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development.
- Proficiency in Java development; ADF experience is a plus.
- Handson experience with Oracle Identity Manager including:
- Customer Connect Development
- Approval workflows
- SOA composites
- Custom scheduled tasks
- Event handlers
- Reconciliation
- Customer Connect Development
- Experience leveraging APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience working with UNIX and WebLogic.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
