Job Description
Lead Electrician
Dayton OH
Hourly Rate: $33.00$35.00
This is a Direct Hire or 1099 position
Responsibilities:
- Bend and install maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting
- Able to lead and manage a team of electricians
- Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install and repair electrical components such as motors transformers switches and circuit breakers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years leading commercial electricians
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to effectively use power tools for installation and repair work
- Experience working with high voltage systems 480V)
