- Credit Risk Assessment
- Credit Portfolio Management
- Loan Origination and Processing
- Credit Monitoring and Control
- Compliance
Marketing:
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Marketing Plan Development
- Marketing Campaign Management
- Branding and Communications
- Digital Marketing
- Sales Support
- Team Leadership and Development
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Budget Management
Requirements
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 8 years of cognate work experience in a finance company.
- Required Skills: Candidates should have the ability to manage the lending portfolio promote lending products possess strong communication skills demonstrate a solid understanding of credit appraisal and be capable of visualization and actualization.
- Industry Preference: Finance Companies with focus in Lending Portfolio management.
