Job Title: Office Administrator & Cleaning Assistant
Location: Lake Orion MI
Compensation: 1624 an hour
Job Type: Fulltime or Parttime (depending on availability)

As we grow we are seeking a versatile Office Administrator who is also open to assisting with occasional residential cleaning tasks. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to balance administrative responsibilities with handson cleaning duties.

Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator & Residential Cleaning Assistant you ll be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while stepping in to support our cleaning teams as needed. This dualrole position offers a dynamic workday and the chance to play a vital part in both the front and backend success of our company.

Key Responsibilities (Office Administration):

  • Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments manage the calendar
  • Process invoices track payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure all administrative tools are wellorganized
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and keeping personnel files updated
  • Support marketing efforts such as updating social media accounts or coordinating promotional materials
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and provide regular updates to management

Key Responsibilities (Residential Cleaning):

  • Perform light cleaning tasks when needed such as vacuuming dusting or tidying up common areas
  • Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects focusing on areas that need extra attention
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use
  • Help train new cleaners on company protocols and standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
  • Flexibility to switch between administrative duties and handson cleaning tasks as needed
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic
