Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator & Residential Cleaning Assistant you ll be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while stepping in to support our cleaning teams as needed. This dualrole position offers a dynamic workday and the chance to play a vital part in both the front and backend success of our company.
Key Responsibilities (Office Administration):
- Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments manage the calendar
- Process invoices track payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all administrative tools are wellorganized
- Assist with onboarding new employees and keeping personnel files updated
- Support marketing efforts such as updating social media accounts or coordinating promotional materials
- Prepare weekly performance reports and provide regular updates to management
Key Responsibilities (Residential Cleaning):
- Perform light cleaning tasks when needed such as vacuuming dusting or tidying up common areas
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects focusing on areas that need extra attention
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use
- Help train new cleaners on company protocols and standards
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to switch between administrative duties and handson cleaning tasks as needed
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
