Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Strategic Partnerships Event & Associations Program Manager is responsible for building organizing
and executing the events and association strategy. This includes overseeing all aspects from concept
development to postevent analysis with a focus on achieving strategic business goals through impactful
event experiences for key prospects and stakeholders.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development:
Defining event goals and objectives aligned with overall sales marketing and business
strategies.
Identifying target audiences and developing attendee personas.
Selecting appropriate event formats (inperson virtual hybrid) and locations.
Planning and :
Budget management and allocation across various event components.
Vendor selection and contract negotiation (association/organization partners venues
caterers speakers).
Content development and agenda creation including speaker recruitment and
management.
Marketing and promotion campaigns to drive event registration.
Onsite event logistics coordination and management.
PostEvent Analysis:
Data collection and reporting on event metrics (attendance engagement lead
generation).
Postevent communication with attendees and stakeholders.
Identifying areas for improvement and incorporating feedback into future events.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as needed.
Support the development of team training materials.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5 years related experience and/or training preferred
Ability to build a comprehensive strategy (not just maintain an existing strategy)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and
external vendors.
Expertise in event planning tools and technology platforms.
Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and audience segmentation.
Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Ability to travel to onsite events (up to 24 events per year)

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or other related fields 5 to 7 years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred Experience in the financial field, specifically the RIA space, is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
