Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for an L2 Service Desk to resolve technical incidents support IT infrastructure and ensure seamless system operations. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate expertise in network troubleshooting cloud platforms and security tools to maintain system reliability and user productivity. This role is critical for minimizing downtime enhancing cybersecurity and delivering highquality technical support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Level 2 technical incidents related to networking cloud services and security systems.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto) switches and wireless solutions (e.g. Aruba).
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 (M365 applications including troubleshooting access configuration and integration issues.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols including firewall rules VPN configurations and threat detection.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document incident resolutions system configurations and maintenance procedures for knowledge sharing.
  • Perform routine system updates patches and backups to ensure compliance and performance optimization.
  • Assist in streamlining IT workflows using lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Train endusers on best practices for system usage security and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in technical support network administration or IT service management.
  • Proficiency in Palo Alto firewalls Microsoft 365 administration and Aruba networking solutions are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with lean methodologies to optimize IT processes and reduce inefficiencies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira) and remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network CCNA or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are advantageous.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Setup and Location: Onsite (Ortigas); WFH for consideration
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM8:00 PM (AEST) 9:00 AM6:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
