We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This role requires a customer serviceoriented individual with strong sales skills. The Client Success Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
