Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and develop strategies to address them
- Create and deliver sales training programs and materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources such as playbooks collateral and presentations
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing their needs and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
- 01 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to develop and deliver sales training programs
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
