Job Description
As a Cyber Security IAM Specialist you will:
- Provide technical expertise in designing solutioning and implementing access management requirements.
- Ensure seamless user authentication experiences across applications and platforms.
- Implement customer identity access management solutions using platforms such as Okta Auth0 or ForgeRock.
- Assist with technical approaches for CIAM capabilities including user registration selfservice authentication authorization administration audit and reporting.
- Integrate applications with modern protocols like OAuth SAML and OIDC.
- Develop and execute an IAM strategy aligned with organizational IT and security strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve SSO/Okta environments and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective IAM solutions.
- Define and enforce user access policies MFA solutions and authentication standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure performance and compliance.
- Assist cybersecurity and API teams with best practices documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats technologies and industry trends.
- Assess current applications and architecture to align with industry best practices.
- Implement automation capabilities to simplify processes and deliver value.
- Provide Level 3 production support to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in incident response and security investigations.
- Deliver documentation training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 68 years of proven experience in implementing IAM solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of federated authentication SSO and SAML protocols.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing authentication services.
- Experience leading CIAM projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong expertise in Okta Auth0 ForgeRock and CIAM platform integrations.
- Familiarity with security regulations like GDPR CCPA and compliance standards.
- Handson experience in building SSO solutions with OAuth SAML OIDC etc.
- Working knowledge of Okta Lifecycle Management and Administrative APIs.
- Strong development skills in Java Node.js React Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript Python Ruby or PowerShell.
- Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure AWS Ansible or Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk ELK or Prometheus.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handson experience with directory services like Oracle LDAP and AD.
- Strong background in both Windows and Linux platforms middleware and load balancers.
- Certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator Okta Certified Consultant/Developer preferred; CISSP or CIAM certifications are a plus.
