Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the raw cashew nut segment.
- Identify engage and maintain strong relationships with buyers wholesalers traders and processors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and pricing to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Explore new markets and expand the customer base for raw cashew nuts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations export norms and quality standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Attend trade shows exhibitions and networking events to build business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in B2B sales of agricommodities (Raw cashew nut)
Exposure to international trade export markets and logistics.
Prior experience working with processors traders or wholesalers.
