Job Description
Summerset Boulcott is looking for an experienced Gardener to join the property team at our village on a casual basis across the week.
Youll ideally be a skilled gardener who can assist during highdemand periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring wellmaintained beautiful gardens and landscapes including weeding trimming planting cutting and general gardening tasks.
- Keeping the buildings grounds and amenities clean and tidy for residents families and staff to enjoy.
- Providing input on the best planting options for the village gardens.
- Maintaining a professional friendly and welcoming demeanor with residents and their families.
This is a casual role working on an as needed basis particularly during peak growth periods and to cover staff leave.
Qualifications :
About You:
Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience. However more importantly youll have a genuine passion for creating great environments and an appreciation for people from all walks of life. Flexibility is key as work hours will vary based on seasonal demands and team availability.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
A collaborative and teamplayer attitude
Excellent time management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
A good level of physical fitness to handle gardening duties
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in maintaining beautiful gardens whether domestically or commercially
A passion for creating enjoyable wellkept outdoor spaces for our residents
