Job Description
As a Managing Director you will support Sia growth by using your business development sales account management and Data Science expert skills.You will be working together with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners all over the world as well as consultants in the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for developing the NL Data Science Center of Excellence in Amsterdam in terms of sales and people management:
- Lead sales at existing clients but also new clients
- Lead Commercial proposals
- Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients
- Attain both sales and delivery targets
- Provides technical leadership to a team of data science data engineers and data strategists
- Provide industry guidance strategies and implementation of best practices.
- Recruit new talents and develop your Center of Excellences team to reach the expectations of a rapidly growing Business Line
- Build and lead your team on missions but also in commercial endeavors
- Contribute to internal projects heka.ai our accelerator for Data Science projects
Qualifications :
- You have successfully completed your Masters Degree or PhD. Your degree should be in computer science applied mathematics statistics machine learning
- You have at least 12 years experience within a consultancy company
- You have relevant experience providing data science and advanced analytics solutions.
- You have a proven track record in selling data science solutions to various industries
- You have the ability to build manage and foster a teamoriented environment and to mentor team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Professional level Dutch and English essential.
