What impact you will have

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our team on the West Coast. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across North America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the data center industry with a strategic mindset exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.


What youll do

Sales Strategy & :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding Submers market share in North America.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product development customer support) to align sales initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive collaborative team culture that fosters creativity innovation and a shared vision of sustainability within the data center industry.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and customer segments to broaden Submers market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and ensure Submer maintains a competitive edge.

What youll need

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or other diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center technologies products and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to win new logos and build on followon revenue streams.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
