Job Description

- Candidates must be available towork Fulltime
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States andnot require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status) now or inthe future.
- Demonstrated leadership is preferred.
- Candidates must be detailoriented highly organized and able to managemultiple tasks.
- Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) aswell as on a team.
- Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Word Excel(including a high proficiency with generating pivot tables and graphs) andPower Point and have strong oral and written communication skills. Additionaltechnical competencies in SharePoint and other information technology systemsare highly desirable as is experience with PubMed databases and otherliterature databases and Excel based analysis
- Candidates with academic and/or industrial clinical trial experience arestrongly preferred.
- A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Participation in campus/community service activities is desired.

Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices(J&J MD)a member of Johnson & Johnsons Family of Companies isrecruiting fora Drexel &D Business Operations and PortfolioManagement CoOp located inWest Chester PA to support the R&DStrategy and Business Operations and Portfolio Management Group
The CoOpwill be support development of decisionsupport tools processes andmethods. These tools will establishportfolio decisionmaking criteria recommend portfolio investment allocationsenable efficient decisionmaking by senior leadership and assist in clear communicationof decisions across the organization to ensure aligned . He/she will refine and analyze projectleveldata to drive platform and franchiselevel decisionmaking build visuals andcreate insightful reports to enable senior leadership to make informeddecisions regarding investment allocation choices and projected financial andstrategic impact of those choices. TheCoOp will perform analyses and evaluations of opportunities to generateportfolio recommendations using a combination of competitive research primarymarket research and market modeling. This individual will develop anunderstanding of global regional user needs and strategic recommendations fordelivering clinical and economic value to consumers.
There will beopportunities to learn about key aspects of medical device market innovationpriorities and processes. The assignment will offer the opportunity to workwith crossfunctional teams to implement projects involving financialevaluation resource management and significant unmet needs. The CoOp will beable to learn about new data analysis reporting and tracking tools.
