Job Description
Your responsibilities
As direct report to the CIO the Business Partner acts as a business trusted advisor and lead collaboration between business and IT mainly SD/WM MM PM.
You proactively influences and supports the business departments whilst ensuring appropriate SAP solutions are being proposed.
Your credo: improving company flows.
As a Business Partner you will:
Act as Project Manager:
Lead collaboration with business and IT to execute all stages from concept and requirements to final handoff to business endusers
Formalise and followup the project delivery
Coordinate external partners on a daily basis
Act as Business Analyst:
Anticipate needs in the SD SAP domain
Identify and challenge Sales & Distribution requirements on short medium and long term
Test and provide coaching to business users
Work on Day to day management:
Followup on incidents carry out the diagnosis and set up the solution in order to guarantee the stability of the system
Propose improvements
Keep an eye on Technology watch:
Evangelize and promote IT solutions to the business
Conduct benchmarking on IT solutions and followup on technology trends
Your experience and skills:
You have good knowledge of SAP ERP suite knowledge of EDI is a plus
You have proven experience in SAP as business or functional analyst 5 years of experience
You have experience working with project delivery and project management methodologies.
You have a university degree or equivalent experience
You are customer oriented with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
You have experience with manufacturing industry
You are proactive autonomous
You are a good team player
You have good communication skills and are fluent in English French or Dutch is a plus)
Work location Belgium with coverage of other EU sites.
