Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered radiology technologist
- 5 years experience in special procedures radiographic imaging as a registered respiratory technician. or registered cardiovascular invasive specialist.
- Experienced in advanced life support and surgical procedures.
- Previous cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology laboratory experience preferred.
- BLS certification required. ACLS required and IntraAortic Balloon Pump competency to be obtained during orientation.
MAIN FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures responsible for a variety of functions related to cardiac catheterization and/or electrophysiology procedures.
