Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team in Coimbatore India. As a Multi Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our facilitys equipment and systems ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests and staff.
- Perform diverse duties including installation troubleshooting repair and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and equipment
- Identify and address safety issues promptly taking immediate corrective action when necessary
- Maintain and repair electrical systems including circuits loads and controls
- Test and evaluate electrical equipment such as motors heaters and controls for safety and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain fire alarm systems according to established standards
- Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks
- Document all maintenance activities repairs and inspections in detail
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in a similar multitechnician or maintenance role
- Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field
- Strong operational and technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols
- Experience using standard test equipment for diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks
- Ability to work flexibly including potential evening or weekend shifts
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Valid drivers license (may be required for onsite visits)
- Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus
