You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Data Protection Consultant in Bosch Digital you will be responsible to support the corporate IT worldwide in the development and assessment of new IT products. You will closely collaborate with cybersecurity consultants and risk managers to ensure a holistic approach.
Tasks:
Advice and support for IT departments on individual data protection issues relating to the GDPR (e.g. admissibility and legality review development of data protection concepts implementation of risk analyses and data protection impact assessments)
Drafting and negotiating data protection agreements with external service providers
Development and implementation of data protection related concepts and processes for improved quality and efficiency
Support of the departments in the implementation of Privacy by Design / Privacy by Default
Assessment and advice on potential data protection violations and data subject requests
Close collaboration with corporate governance departments
Perform data protection audits within the corporate IT
Trainings for team members and IT departments
Qualifications :
University degree in law
At least 36 years of experience in consulting matters of data protection laws
Indepth knowledge of and consulting expertise regarding the GDPR (preferably in a commercial law firm or consulting firm)
Empathic and communicative personality
Flexibility and willingness for worldwide consulting
Handson and service mentality solution orientation
Proactive and autonomous mindset
English skills C1 or C2
Certification as data protection officer (optional)
Knowledge / certification as auditor (optional)
