Knowledge Management Services team is part of the BGSW primarily serving customers within BOSCH Group. We are a young and motivated team working in multilingual environment with customers across the globe. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Secretary to provide administrative support to the top leadership from various functions. The ideal candidate will manage schedules handle communication organize travels and documents and assist with various administrative tasks ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
You will join a team of talented professionals who work tirelessly to enable Bosch World to collaborate effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
Handle emails phone calls and correspondence professionally.
Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations.
Assist in travel arrangements expense tracking and event coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Use cloudbased collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 SharePoint Teams etc. for efficient communication.
Provide administrative support to executives and teams as needed.
