Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute people and culture strategies to attract retain and engage top talent.
- Oversee the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Analyze workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage recruitment budgeting.
- Monitor and report key HR metrics providing datadriven recommendations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Develop and implement inclusive hiring policies that promote diversity.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure seamless of people strategies.
- Build a talent pipeline for key positions such as Office Directors and Office Assistants conducting initial screenings and coordinating with regional managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices employee engagement and employer branding.
- Experience in compensation analysis and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
