Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance

Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead and manage the schools SEND provision to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Work closely with teachers support staff and external agencies to deliver tailored support.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with a range of additional needs.
- Oversee EHCPs and support students individual learning plans.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
