Job Description
Supervise daily F&B operations ensuring quality service and hygiene compliance.
Oversee cleaning services beyond the F&B section to maintain overall facility cleanliness.
Recruit hire and onboard bluecollar staff.
Train and manage staff to uphold company standards in both F&B and cleaning operations.
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in F&B supervision and staff management preferably in hospitality or facility management.
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
Ability to proactively handle recruitment and maintain workforce stability.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in both F&B and cleaning services.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
