Job Description
At Serbyte IT we are looking for a Data Developer (DBD) with extensive experience in databases data development and modeling. If you have experience in complex projects with a meticulous approach to optimizing and maintaining databases we want to meet you!
Location: Brussels
Work Mode: 2 days onsite 3 days remote
Level: 5
Required Experience: 1115 years
Tasks
- Design implementation and maintenance of the database layer for multitier applications.
- Data analysis and modeling as well as physical database design.
- Development and maintenance of stored procedures.
- Creation of prototypes and writing code aligned with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Integration of databases with applications and other corporate information systems.
- Database testing defining test data sets and optimizing databases.
- Writing technical documentation related to databases.
- Assistance in the implementation configuration and performance tuning of databases.
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design (e.g. SQL Developer Data Modeler Hackolade NoSQL Workbench).
- Experience with development tools such as Oracle SQL Developer.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB MongoDB Cassandra).
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in application development environments.
- Knowledge of security in web applications and their relationship with database management systems.
Technologies and Tools:
- SQL Developer 21.2 PL/SQL MySQL (versions 5 and 8 Oracle 19c.
- Database modeling tools.
- Database Management: Software AG ARIS Oracle SQL Developer PL/SQL Developer.
- Agile Methodologies: Kanban Scrum PM and PM Agile.
- Collaboration Tools: Atlassian Tools GitHub.
- IT Service Management: ServiceNow.
Required Technical Certifications:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
